Important Eligibility Conditions: Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification from a recognized institution. Applicants should not have completed three years after passing the qualifying examination as on 29 November 2026. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently pursuing apprenticeship training are not eligible under the notification’s conditions. Additional restrictions apply to Technician Apprentices with one year or more of relevant post-qualification training or work experience.

The ONGC Apprentice salary per month ranges from Rs. 8,200 to Rs. 12,300, depending on the apprentice category and educational qualification. These amounts are monthly training stipends rather than permanent employee salaries.
