CSU Non-Teaching Posts Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

  • Registrar (Level-14):
    • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
    • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above, OR with 8 years in Academic Level-12 and above including as Associate Professor with experience in administration, OR comparable experience in research establishments/higher  institutions, OR 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent post.
    • Direct/Deputation for a tenure of five years or till attaining age of superannuation (62 years), whichever is earlier.
    • Deputation: Holding analogous post or eight years’ experience at Pay Level-12.
  • Assistant Registrar (Level-10):
    • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
    • Appointment through All India open competition by written test and interview.
    • Deputation: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years regular service in Level 7/Level 8 in Central/State Government, Universities or Autonomous Organizations; Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • System Analyst (Level-10):
    • B.E./B.Tech. in Computer & Engineering/Electronics Engineering with 5 years programming experience in C/C++/JAVA, databases (MySQL/ORACLE/PHP), under WINDOWS/LINUX/UNIX platforms.
    • OR M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics Engineering / M.Sc. Computer Science / MCA with 3 years programming experience as above.
  • Section Officer (Level-7):
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institute.
    • 3 years’ experience as Assistant in Level-6 OR 8 years as UDC in Level-4 in Central/State Govt./University/PSU/Autonomous Institutions or equivalent in reputed private companies/banks with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores.
    • Proficiency in Computer Operation, noting and drafting.
    • Deputation: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis or with 3 years regular service in Level-6 or equivalent.
  • Nursing Officer (Level-7):
    • B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing / Regular B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised University or Institute; Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Midwife (RN or RN and RM) with State Nursing Council; 6 months’ experience in minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the qualification.
    • OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from recognised Board or Council; Registered as RN or RN and RM with State Nursing Council; 2.5 years’ experience in minimum 50-bedded hospital.
  • Assistant (Level-6):
    • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University/Institution.
    • 3 years’ experience as UDC or equivalent in Level-4 in Central/State Govt./University/PSU/Autonomous Bodies or equivalent in reputed private companies/corporate banks with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 200 Crores.
    • Proficiency in Typing, Computer Applications, noting and drafting.
  • Guest House Manager (Level-6):
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or allied field with 1 year relevant experience; OR Diploma in Hotel Management or allied field with 2 years relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Junior Engineer (Level-6):
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant field with 1 year relevant experience; OR Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with 3 years’ experience in CPWD/State PWD/Similar Organised Services/Statutory or Autonomous Organizations/Universities/reputed private construction companies with annual turnover of at least Rs. 200 Crores.

    • Skill Test: Dictation 10 minutes @ 80 wpm; Transcription: 50 minutes (English)/65 minutes (Hindi).
    • Desirable: Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
