Special District Conditions: Candidates appointed from the Ranked Lists of Idukki, Wayanad, and Kasargod districts will not be allowed working arrangement, deputation, transfer, or mutual transfer for at least ten years. Their promotion will also be limited to those districts as per G.O(Ms) No. 6/2026/P&ARD dated 22.01.2026.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of online application (03-06-2026). In addition to the prescribed qualifications, candidates must meet the physical standards specified below and submit a Medical Certificate in the prescribed format from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon.

The educational qualification and its equivalent as recognized by executive orders or standing orders of the Government shall also be accepted. Candidates must produce the copy of relevant Government orders on equivalency as and when required by the Commission.

The selection process for KPSC Electricity Worker Recruitment 2026 consists of a Written/OMR/Online Examination followed by a Practical Test (Pole Climbing Skill Test).
