The selection process for CIL MT Recruitment 2026 consists of a Computer Based Online Test (CBT) only. There will be NO interview for final selection. The CBT will be of 3 hours duration (in one sitting) consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. Paper-I covers General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English. Paper-II covers Professional Knowledge (Discipline related). Each question carries 1 mark and there is NO penalty for wrong answers. No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions.
