The engagement is initially for ONE year, extendable up to a maximum of FOUR years (including initial period) based on factory requirement and individual performance. The engagement is on full-time basis and does not confer any right to claim the status of a regular employee. Contract can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice or payment of Basic Pay + DA in lieu thereof; terminated immediately in case of serious misconduct or unauthorized absence.
