Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates are advised to print their admit card well in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
• Candidates must report to their examination centre at least two (02) hours before the scheduled exam time for Biometric/Facial Authentication.
• If a candidate is unable to download the admit card, they may approach the Board two days before the examination date with valid proof of having filled the online application and made successful fee payment. Failure to do so will be presumed as disinterest in appearing for the exam, and no claims will be entertained afterward.
• In case of a photograph mismatch on the admit card, candidates must immediately report the issue to the JKSSB Central Office at Jammu or Srinagar, either in person or via email at ssbjk-grievance@jk.gov.in. Such claims will not be entertained on the day of the exam by the Centre Superintendent or exam staff.
• Any candidature found based on misrepresentation, concealment of facts, impersonation, or fraud will be liable for cancellation and disciplinary action.
• The Board reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate found ineligible at any stage.
• Candidates must submit their signed admit card back to the invigilation staff after the completion of the examination.
• Candidates are advised to stay updated through the official JKSSB website for any further notices regarding the examination.
