This deposit is fully refundable on successful completion of the contract period, provided the candidate submits a “No Dues Certificate.” However, resignation within six months of joining will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, except in cases of unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances where relaxation may be considered by the competent authority.

Terms of Contractual Engagement

This is a purely contractual position with no entitlement to regular government service benefits, so candidates should evaluate these terms carefully before applying. Selected faculty/SR/Tutor will not be eligible for Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Medical Benefits, Seniority, or Promotion. Resignation requires submission of a one-month advance notice or deposit equivalent to one month’s salary; failure to comply leads to forfeiture of both the salary and security deposit, along with possible legal proceedings. Unauthorized absence exceeding 7 days is treated as voluntary abandonment, resulting in automatic termination and forfeiture of dues. Attendance must be marked both manually and through the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) on all working days. Hostel accommodation or quarters may be provided subject to availability but cannot be claimed as a right; if availed, HRA will not be paid and license fee will be deducted instead. Private practice in any capacity is strictly prohibited after joining.
