Contract Tenure
- The service agreement for teaching and non-teaching staff in KGBV schools will be for 11 months and 29 days per academic session.
- On satisfactory performance, a new contract for the next session may be made for another 11 months and 29 days after approval of the District Magistrate.
- Unsatisfactory service may lead to termination with one month’s notice; serious misconduct or financial irregularity may lead to immediate termination and an FIR against the concerned person.
